Strictly for teenagers. 12-15 years.

When and where is it happening?

4^th-5^th July 2026, Miraya Rose, Whitefield, Bengaluru.
10 am to 6 pm.
This is a 2-day non-residential retreat.
Parents/guardians will have to arrange for drops and pickups every day.

Is this only for children whose parents have attended Creativegarh retreats?

Not at all.
A child’s journey doesn’t begin with where their parents have been.
It begins the moment they arrive in this world, with a quiet sense of purpose already within them. Creativegarh Teens is open to every teenager. Whether or not there is any prior connection to Creativegarh, what truly matters is your child, and offering them a space where they can explore, feel, and discover themselves in their own time.

WHY HAVE WE CREATED CREATIVEGARH TEENS?

Remember when your children had a sparkle of wonderment in their eyes? An innocent view of the world around them? A raging sense of unadulterated imagination? An unbridled sense of originality? Remember the time they just couldn’t wait to run up to you and flaunt their creations of joy and awe?

They didn’t need a canvas, because the world was theirs, the walls, the sand, the stacked-up art files. Every little thing they created was their own miniature of their larger-than-life imagination.

But somewhere down the line they grew up, they changed.

They started holding back – their art, their emotions, and their curiosity. One minute they were five-year-olds making sandcastles in the playground, and the next, they were suddenly grown-ups watching other kids from the window.

Ever wondered why?

Did it ever occur to you that they could have fallen prey to their core and limiting beliefs? Could they have lost their spark to the fear of acceptance and judgement, of fitting in? Is it possible that the rejections, guilt, shame, anger and the vagaries of life dampened their spirit? In the process of sheltering themselves from the world, have they just lost their way in it?

They’ve learned how to walk, except the path feels like it leads nowhere. They’ve learned how to talk, except their words try to hide.

Creativegarh Teens addresses all this and helps them break free from their own selves and create a more creative, passionate, fearless, joyful and fulfilling life for themselves.

Being emotionally stronger is a vital life skill, and our goal is to
teach a way of living filled with love, joy, and endless possibilities.
We want them to be prepared for the future that awaits them with open arms. We aim to help ever-curious minds find answers to these important questions:

– How can I like myself more? (Acceptance)
– How can I be less critical of myself? (Self-compassion)
– How can I cope with always rushing? (Pausing)
– How can I manage expectations? (Looking inward)

What happens here? how will we reignite their spark?

What we are today is a reflection of who we were allowed to become. Now that we are parents ourselves, you might have wondered what it is that you could do to make your children’s lives better. It’s all in realising that children, too, are individuals with a purpose. A purpose that is solely their own to discover. And we, at Creativegarh, are the nurturers, the facilitators, to make every child rekindle their inner self.

Starting with letting go of the things that may be holding them back, to a point where they can embody values that help them connect with themselves better and become more informed decision-makers. The retreat is meant to be a safe space for children to bloom into the beautiful human beings they are meant to be. All this without the overbearing peer pressure, unnecessary distractions, and sometimes, parents who look at life from their own lens.

Children will gain the ability to find their soul and build positive relationships with peers, parents, teachers, and everyone they come in touch with, in the future course of their lives.

Moreover, they will take with them a joy toolkit and a safe
space to come back to, as and when they feel their inhibitions
and limitations rising up!
